Peninsula Student Permission and Details form
Parents must complete the Peninsula Student Permission and Details form for all students who wish to try out for any of the sports on the TCS Calendar. This can be downloaded from the above link or from the Forms and Documents section of this website. Once completed the form should be printed and taken with you to the trial.
NOTE: Please be aware that If the following section is not completed your child's name will not appear in the program of events, nor will they be included in any team photos.
